Do I have a choice?

My mother's doctor prescribed home care for her after a recent stay at the hospital. Do I have to use the provider the doctor recommended, or can I look at other providers as well? |

| You do not have to use the doctor/hospital recommended provider and absolutely can consider other providers. Similar to how you have a choice of pharmacies when a doctor writes a prescription for a medication you also have a choice of home care providers when a doctor writes a prescription for home care. |
