Hip replacement follow up care

My 77 year old mother just had her hip replaced. She is otherwise in good health, but is in need of some basic follow up care and she unfortunately doesn't live anywhere near any of her children. Any thoughts on how I can go about finding someone reliable and trustworthy to help take care of her while she gets back on her feet?

We recommend that you begin by searching for Skilled Nursing Care on CarePilot using your mother's zip code.

In addition to your research and interaction with members of the CarePilot community, we encourage you to speak with your mother's doctor, hospital discharge planner, or social worker, as well as with friends and colleagues about their home health care experiences.
