CarePilot Connections Guidelines
What should I post?
Please share thoughts that you think will add to the discussion and help other CarePilot members dealing with the myriad of issues related to home health care.
Consider these tips when participating in CarePilot Connections:
- Be descriptive. If you're writing about a particular home health agency, provide details and clear examples of your experience with the agency, whether positive, neutral, or negative.
- Write clearly. Use proper punctuation, spelling and grammar.
- Provide context. If you consider yourself well-versed in a particular topic area, explain why. Refer to your own personal experiences and the amount of time you have spent on a particular area of expertise.
- Look for guidance from other members who have experience in a particular area that may be new to you.
What shouldn't I post?
Behave as if you were a guest at a friend's home. Please treat the CarePilot community with respect. Do not post:
- Profane, obscene, inciting, or spiteful comments
- Contact information, including your phone number and address
- Messages that harass, abuse, or threaten other participants
- Any personal information about children under 13
- Text that promotes illegal or immoral conduct
- Any form of spam, using advertisements, paid links, affiliate marketing, or any form of link spam
In addition, do not:
- Defame a 3rd Party
- Describe yourself as a CarePilot employee speaking on behalf of CarePilot
Furthermore, employees of home health agencies should refrain from promoting their particular agency by posing as clients of their agency.
What if I find an inappropriate post?
